I can’t feel the haptics. What should I do?
Make sure your iPhone isn’t on Silent Mode (check the switch on the side). In QuietPulse, tap the gear icon and try switching to Strong haptic intensity. On Apple Watch, go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics and ensure haptic strength is turned up.
Does the Watch app work without my iPhone?
Yes. QuietPulse runs fully independently on Apple Watch. Start sessions, adjust duration with the Digital Crown, and feel haptic guidance — no phone needed.
Is there a subscription?
No. QuietPulse is a one-time purchase. You pay once and get every feature, every update, forever. No ads, no subscriptions, no upsells.
Which devices are supported?
QuietPulse works on any iPhone with iOS 16 or later and any Apple Watch with watchOS 9 or later. One purchase covers both devices.
How do I adjust the session length?
On iPhone, use the + and - buttons on the home screen to set any duration from 1 to 30 minutes. On Apple Watch, scroll the Digital Crown to adjust.
Does QuietPulse collect my data?
No. All session data is stored locally on your device. QuietPulse has no analytics, no tracking, no accounts, and no network requests. Your breathing is your business.
