I'm Dr. Renaldo "Jonesy" Jones
From leading soldiers as a young sergeant in the U.S. Army to directing complex programs in the Oil and Gas industry, I've spent my career helping teams perform at their highest level. Now, as a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, I'm on a mission to help leaders like you harness the power of AI.

My Journey
My path to AI leadership wasn't a straight line—it was shaped by diverse experiences that taught me the power of continuous learning.
I started as a young sergeant in the U.S. Army, where I first discovered my passion for developing people and leading teams under pressure. Those early lessons in discipline, strategy, and servant leadership became the foundation of everything I do today.
After my military service, I pursued my love of learning across multiple disciplines, eventually earning my Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University. Today, as a PMO Director in the Oil and Gas industry, I lead complex programs and help teams navigate change.
But it was the emergence of AI that sparked a new chapter. I saw how these powerful tools could transform how leaders work—not by replacing what they do, but by freeing them to focus on what matters most. That's when I knew I had to share what I was learning.
